In order to help the environment and to keep our costs to a minimum we send some information by email. Please let us know if you would prefer hard copy. Winter FairShepperton Pre-School Winter Fair was a great success! The mulled wine and mince pies went down very well and the tattoo artists, face painters and badge makers were all kept extremely busy. Thank you to all of the parents and local businesses who donated prizes to the raffle, our best yet! The funds raised are being used to buy new outside furniture and equipment for our ever expanding gardens. Well done everyone involved....a lovely atmosphere, good fun, amazing cakes - and lots of money raised too! Thank you to: Aztec Photography; Aviva Premiership at Twickenham Rugby Ground; Pommery Champagne; Fernandos; Daines & Gray; Early Learning Centre; Daisy Chain; Bluebeckers; New Forum; Shepperton News; Budgens; Squires; everyone on the fund raising committee; and all of the parents and relatives who came up with some brilliant and imaginative prizes. Timberland UKThe lovely volunteers from Timberland were back this term helping us with our garden projects. This time the plan was to build a new digging pit, sand pit and shade sail, having demolished and carted away the rotting wood of the old ones. They worked very hard and did a brilliant job. The children couldn’t wait to jump into the lovely soft new sand and it was not long before several children were covered in mud and digging for treasure in the new digging pit, and building castles in the new sand pit. It is a wonderful new area and a fantastic addition to our main garden area....thank you Timberland! |
