Our staff are all carefully picked for their friendly and approachable nature, love of children and interactive skills.


We have a robust recruitment and staff induction procedure to ensure that all staff employed comply with the rigorous policies and ethics of the pre-school and can uphold its excellent standards. They undertake continual training to ensure their skills are up to date and give them fresh ideas to bring to the setting.


We hold weekly staff meetings to ensure all members of staff and volunteers are aware of each child's needs.


Satisfactory CRB checks are obtained for each member of staff and regular volunteers.


Manager

Lynne Harn. Cert.Ed. NVQ3
Lynne joined the Pre-School in the Summer of 2009 and had worked in childcare for several years before that.
Lynne is also the Child Protection Liaison Officer.

Room Supervisors

Lisa and Isabelle manage the day to day activities of the children at Pre-School and deputise in the Manager's absence.
